Return and cancellation policy
Service User Approval;
At the end of the work, when the Service Provider submits the work to the Service User;
“Confirm order”, “Request Revision”, “Connect to Solution Center” options are presented. The Service Provider keeps the service fee in the dukkan.work pool until the order is delivered to the Service User.
After the order is delivered, a 5-day approval period may be given to the Service User to review the work done. If the order is confirmed, the fee can be transferred directly to the freelancer and thus the order process may be terminated. If the order is not confirmed at the end of 5 days, the freelancer may request support from the Solution Center and the dukkan.work may automatically approve after the Solution Center examines the work.
7 days after the order is confirmed, the Service User has the right to rate and comment on the Service Provider.
In case a revision is requested from the Service Provider, a certain fee may be imposed on the revision request in order to compensate the efforts of the Service Provider, and after the revision request, this price is notified to the Service User before the revision is made. If the Service User approves the revision fee, the revision takes place.
1- The Service Provider does not deliver the order on time,
2- The Service Provider does not provide a response during the ordering process.
3- The Service Receiver does not provide a response during the ordering process.
4- The Service User's request for free extra service by citing comments and ratings
5- The Service Provider does not find the requested service ethical
In the event of these situations, cancellation may be requested. Cancellation takes place immediately if the other party also approves. If the other party does not approve the cancellation request, the resolution center can be reached and this decision can be taken by dukkan.work. This decision may be the revision, finalization and approval of the order, or it may be a full or partial refund of the fee.
