"Order Resolution Center" has been established in order to prevent and minimize the problems between the parties. This center provide written or verbal (by call) services and aim to minimize conflicts.
They can also provide solutions for payment or refund issues.
Service User's approval/revision request at the end of the work
Taking into account the dissatisfaction of the Service User with the job; When the Service Provider submits the work to the Service User at the end of the work, to the Service User;

Three options may be offered. The service fee can be kept in the dukkan.work pool until the Service Provider delivers the order to the Service User. (This application can reduce the problems that may arise in the refund process)
After the order is delivered, a 5-day approval period may be given to the Service User to review the work done. If the order is confirmed, the fee can be transferred directly to the freelancer and thus the order process may be terminated. If the order is not confirmed at the end of 5 days, the freelancer may request support from the Solution Center and the dukkan.work may automatically approve after the Solution Center examines the work.
After a certain day (for example, 7 days / 10 days) after the order is confirmed, the Service User may have the right to rate and comment on the Service Provider.
In case a revision is requested from the Service Provider, a certain fee may be imposed in order to compensate the efforts of the Service Provider, and after the revision request, this price may be notified to the Service User before the revision is made. Revision can be made if the Service User approves the revision fee.
